Q. How much does your service cost?
A. Pricing is based on services performed and is adjusted to meet the needs of each home. We want to make certain that the furniture and accessories we bring in match the value of the home. Staging is much less than your first price reduction.

Q. I love my home, it's beautifully decorated, why aren't buyers responding to it?
A. The way you live in your home and the way you market your home are two different things. Staging neutralizes to appeal to the broadest customer base.

Q. What is the difference between Staging and Interior Decorating?
A. Interior Decorating is personalizing: preparing and catering a home's design and décor to fit the owner's style. Staging is depersonalizing: preparing a property for the broadest and most diverse audience.
