FYI - the new buyers were here this morning and I asked them how much the staging/changes influenced their buying.  They said they didn't buy it before and wouldn't have this time but heard there were some changes and loved what we did.  Before they felt there were too many changes they would have had to do and now feel like they don't have to change anything and what we did is just what they would have done.  So there you have it.....
